Dump Truck Rental Invoice

Dump Truck Rental Invoice Template is available as an inhouse document or one generated on-site. The goal of this documentation is to verify the Client’s rental of a dump truck and to request the due payment. Several sections will enable a seamless production of the information required for these tasks. If it is convenient, you can generate several copies at once with the header and predetermined invoice numbers assigned leaving the rest to be filled out on-site and by hand (legibly). This can be very convenient when pick-ups are necessary and an adjusted bill must be issued.

To this end, we shall focus on the “Bill To” section to report the full Client “Name,” his or her current “Street Address,” “City, State, Country,” and associated “Zip Code.” A specific space for each of these items has been provided.    The transaction details describing the Client’s rental of the dump truck should be documented to the satisfaction of both the Sender (Dump Truck Rental Company) and Recipient (Client) of this paperwork in the first column of the one row table at the center of the page. In most cases, the contract number or rental dates involved will both be recorded in this area.   Adjacent to the “Description” of the dump truck rental transaction is a box bearing the title “Amount.” Inform the Client how much he or she owes for the rental by entering the dollar “Amount” here.

How to Write in Excel

Download: Microsoft Excel (.xlsx)

1 – Save The Excel Template To Issue A Dump Truck Rental Invoice

The excel sheet needed to invoice the rental of a dump truck from your company is linked to the “Microsoft Excel (.xlsx)” text above or the “Excel” button corresponding to the preview image on this page.

2 – The First Column Serves As A Staging Area To Identify Both Parties

The initial column on this sheet (column A) is a staging area for the documentation of both the parties involved with this invoice; the Sender and the Recipient. The Sender is the entity requiring payment for the charges that will be listed later. For now, we must attach the Dump Truck Company’s (Sender) logo to cell A1 then present its legal name in cell A2.    The “Name” of the individual representing the Dump Truck Rental Company in this matter should be entered in cell A3. This must immediately be followed with the Rental Business’ mailing address. Therefore, you must fully record this address by entering its whole “Street Address” in cell A4, the corresponding “City, State, Country” in cell A5, and, lastly, the appropriate “Zip Code” in cell A6.    Full identification of the Sender will require its “E-Mail” and “Phone” information as well. Fill in the contents of cells A7 and A8 (respectively) with these details.

3 – Produce The Invoice Reference And Rental Details

Before we proceed down column A, let us turn our focus to cell F4 and cell H4. These two cells are in a brief one row table and will serve an important function in your filing system, bookkeeping system, and (usually) the Client’s records. Here, you must furnish the determined invoice number used to refer to this physical document in your files. Enter this number in cell F4, then either verify the invoice “Date” should be the current one displayed in cell H4 or change this to a calendar day that better suits your purpose.        After we have provided some background information defining the Sender and the invoice itself, we will address the Recipient or Payer. Typically, this will be the Dump Truck Rental Customer. Cell A11 should be used to display this entity’s full “Name.” Record The Dump Truck Customer’s “Name” in this field.      Submit the Dump Truck Rental Customer’s full address to the following three fields in this column (A12, A13, and A14).   The seventeenth row will require information spanning across two specific columns. First in A17, account for the transaction being billed by reproducing its contract name or number, entering the dates where the rental was in the possession of the Client, or any other information the Customer will expect to see as a reference for the concerned rental transaction.   Cell H17 is the next column on this row that needs information. Consult your Client’s account for the transaction being discussed then input the full “Amount” of money the Client must pay.   The sentence in the next cell of column A (A18) is developed with the intention of letting the Dump Truck Rental Client know he or she only has a limited number of days to submit payment on time. You must determine this number then enter it in place of the hashtag sign before the word “….Days.”       If this rental requires content that has not thus far been reported, then record it in cell A19.
