Step 1 – Obtain The Clothing Invoice From This Page
When it is time to issue a clothing invoice to your Customer, download the “Adobe PDF” version or the “Microsoft Word (.docx)” file accessible above through the “Download” links or by choosing the button designated as the file type you want to work with.
Step 2 – Identify The Clothing Vendor
The Clothing (Garment) Vendor selling the concerned textiles will have a section where its contact information belongs. This will be at the top of the page in a clearly visible area and begin with a text box where the words “Company Name” must be deleted then replaced with the Clothing (Garment) Vendor’s legal identity. The first empty line that follows the text box makes a request for the “Name” of the Accounts Payable or Customer Service Representative in charge of this paperwork to be entered for display. In addition to the identities supplied, you must report where the Clothing (Garment) Vendor receives its mail. This content must be split down the next three blank lines since each one will request a specific address detail. The “Street Address” line, for instance, will only be satisfied with the building number, street, and suite number of this mailing address. Step 3 – Dispense The Invoice Number For The Clothing Order

We shall execute this task by supplying the Clothing (Garment) Vendor-assigned “Invoice #” to the first blank line in the partially shaded bar. Follow the shaded bar across the page. You will notice a second blank line that is labeled “Date.” This refers to the first calendar day this invoice holds the Client accountable for the money being reported.
Step 4 – Supply The Clothing Customer’s Information
The Clothing or Garment Purchaser should be called upon to pay this bill in no uncertain terms. Do this by locating the “Bill To” section then furnishing the Clothing (Garment) Purchaser’s full “Name” on the first blank line in this section. The full address where the Purchaser expects to receive mail such as this document should be presented in this section as well. The “Street Address” line then the “City, State, Country,” and “Zip Code” lines will expect your entries to deliver a complete report on the Purchaser’s address.
Step 5 – Give A Breakdown Of The Purchase
The clothing or garments being bought through the payment of this invoice will need to be listed piece by piece or, if more appropriate, by the type, designer name, size, or the pound. The price of all garments the Purchaser will receive (or has received) in exchange for payment must be listed in the “Amount” box. If more than one item will be priced here, make sure to align each price with its corresponding piece of clothing. You may also insert more lines if preferred. The prices listed for the clothing or garments being purchased should be added to one figure so that it can be documented in “Subtotal” Unless this is a wholesale order, it is likely that sales “Tax” must be added to the “Subtotal.” This should be placed in the second to last box in this column. The last box requires that the “Subtotal” of the clothing (garments) being purchased is added to the sales “Tax” then presented next to the word “Total.”
Step 6 – Use The Final Two Statements For Additional Instruction And Content
Now that the Purchaser has been informed of the full dollar amount that must be submitted as payment, it is recommended you convey when the payment is expected. Do so by expressing it as a matter of days on the blank space after the symbol in the “Payment Is Due Within…” The “Comments Or Special Instructions” statement near the closing of this invoice sets up a section where you can deliver more reading material or instructions. If there are none, then you may leave this blank.

Step 1 – Download The Clothing Invoice Using This Page
The “Excel (.xlsx)” link attached to the word “Download” will grant immediate access to the spreadsheet invoice required to bill your Clothing or Garment Customers. Notice the same file is available through the “Excel” button on this page as well.
2 – Introduce The Clothing Vendor In This Document
Once you open this spreadsheet, you’ll notice the clipart in the top left part of this page. This prominent area of the page requests that you delete the current picture in cell A1 then replace it with the Clothing or Garment Vendor’s logo. Once you have supplied this image, present the legal “Company Name” of the Clothing or Garment Vendor in cell A2. The next one down, cell A3, is devoted to the Customer Service Representative’s “Name” Submit the Clothing Or Garment Vendor’s mailing address as a follow up to this identity by typing the address information as it is requested by cell. Use the labels provided (“Street Address,” “City, State…,” etc.) as a guide to display this address in cells A4 through A6. If the Clothing (or Garment) Vendor has an email address that a Customer can use to initiate contact, then record it in the seventh cell in column A. Finalize this section with the “Phone” number used by the Clothing or Garment Vending Business in cell A8.
Step 3 – Identify The Clothing Transaction Being Discussed
The record we are currently generating will have to be easily found in a filing system – whether the Vendor or the Customer’s. Cell F4 will request that you fill in the “Invoice #” used for this purpose. If you turn your attention to cell H4, you’ll see a default “Date.” This is the calendar day when this invoice officially holds the Customer as the responsible party for satisfying this bill. You may need to use a different calendar “Date” for this purpose. If so, then you may edit the contents accordingly.
Step 4 – Name The Purchaser Or Client Expected To Pay This Bill
Next, we will need to name the Clothing/Garment Customer this paperwork targets. The “Bill To” portion of the first column will seek a solid display of the Purchaser behind this invoice. “Name” the Clothing/Garment Purchaser in cell A11. Additionally, the Clothing/Garment Purchaser’s mailing address should also be attached to this document. Make use of cell A12, A13, and A14 to display the Clothing/Garment Purchaser’s mailing address.

Cell A21 contains an applicable statement to the Purchaser’s payment. Here, by substituting one or more days for the hashtag symbol presented, you can impose a deadline for payment. This statement cannot be applied unless you produce this number. Cell A22 will accept additional material if more information must be included with this paperwork.
