You should be prepared with a few basic details to complete this form. For instance, you will need to make sure the Client understands who is sending this invoice, how much he or she must pay, and where to field inquiries and payments. Naturally, some additional disclosures or information will need to be passed to a Customer depending on what is involved with the rental. If so, there will also be a predetermined area where such additional content can be submitted or attached.

How to Write in PDF and Word

Download: Adobe PDF & Microsoft Word (.docx)

1 – Save The Dumpster Rental Invoice

When it is time to invoice your Client for a dumpster rental, seek out the “PDF” or “Word” button displayed together with the preview image on this page. Either will grant you access to this template (in their respective file formats). Select the one you wish then download it. You may also save a copy using the text links above.

2 – The Company Renting The Dumpster To The Client Must Be Identified

The entity name of the Rental Company leasing the dumpster(s) to the Client must be entered at the top of the page. The field currently holding the words “Company Name” has been set to receive this information and display it in a noticeable fashion.    The “Name” of the Rental Agent should also be documented. This information must be submitted to the first blank line (attached to the word “Name”). After supplying this individual’s identity, disclose his or her mailing address with the Rental Company by making use of the next three blank spaces. Input this information accurately, especially if you expect the Client to mail a check to this address.       Such paperwork will traditionally seek to make it easy for the Recipient to contact the Sender. Therefore, present the “Phone” number the Client may call to reach out to the Rental Business on the next available line.     On the last line (“E-Mail”), enter the Rental Service’s current email address. Ideally, this will be the same email address the Client should use to contact the individual sending this document as well.

3 – Information Defining The Rental Invoice Is Required

An important item this invoice must provide its Recipient is a convenient manner of referring to it. The “Invoice #” line will require the identification number the Rental Service has assigned this rental bill.        The exact “Date” when the invoice for the dumpster rental must be applied to the Client’s account should be recorded as well. The space for this is located directly across the invoice number you supplied and attached the “Date” label.

4 – The Client Renting From The Company Should Be Addressed Directly

The Client renting the dumpster will need his or her information placed immediately after the words “Bill To.” This will serve to avoid any confusion as to who is being held responsible for paying the rental amount to the Dumpster Renting Company.      In addition to his or her identity, we should also record the exact billing address of the Dumpster Client.

5 – An Account Of The Dumpster Renting Charges Is Expected

Notice the table occupying the center of the dumpster invoice. This area will require two items. The first of which is a report on the dumpster rental. Describe the transaction that occurred in the box under “Description.”    Pair the cost of the dumpster rental with its “Description” by entering the entire owed “Amount” in the second cell of this table.   A few statements will close this document whit the first two being available for your use. If the dumpster rental must have a payment received within a given number of days, report this number on the blank space that is attached to the phrase “…Due In.”      The second statement is an optional one that may be utilized by you to introduce additional material that may be needed to complete this paperwork.

How to Write in Excel

Download: Microsoft Excel (.xlsx)

1 – Download This Excel Invoice To Issue A Bill For A Dumpster Rental

The spreadsheet visible in the preview is available through the text link “Microsoft Excel (.xlsx)” or the “Excel” button. Select one of these then save the spreadsheet to your machine.

2 – Produce Legal Identity Of the Entity Leasing The Dumpster To Its Client

Cell A1, the first cell, has been reserved for the image the Dumpster Rental Business uses for its logo. It can be uploaded directly to the spreadsheet in this cell.

After attaching this image use cell A2 to record the “Name” of the Dumpster Rental Business.          The “Name” and mailing address the Client will be expected to use when contacting the Rental Business should be included directly below the above items. Use cell A2 to record the Rental Agent’s “Name” then cells A4 through A6 for the Rental Agent’s address (at the Dumpster Rental Business).        The “E-Mail” address and the “Phone” number where inquiries regarding the dumpster rental and this paperwork will be received by the Rental Service must be put on display in this area as well. Cell A7 and cell A8 are set for the production of these items.

3 – Preliminary Information Must Be Presented Before Documenting The Rental

The invoice number assigned to the dumpster rental should be recorded in cell F4. Additionally, the invoice “Date” will be required in H4. Notice that a default “Date” has been provided. You may need a different calendar day (other than the current one) to apply this invoice to the Client’s account. If so, type it into cell H4.      Document the Rental Customer’s “Name” in cell A11.   Three cells (A12 through A14) request the items making up the Dumpster Rental Client’s address. Produce these items where they are requested.

4 – The Dumpster Rental Must Be Adequately Referenced With Its Costs

The dumpster rental must have a “Description” of its transaction. Enter this to cell A17 as either the contract name/number, the rental dates, or both.     Enter the full dollar value of the rental bill in cell A18 (“Amount”).     Turn your attention once cell down column A to cell A18. Type over the hashtag in this sentence with the grace period afforded to this customer. Report this in “Days” with the intention of considering the Client late with his or her payment if a payment is sent beyond this period of days.   If more material must be disclosed with this paperwork that applies to the dumpster or this paperwork, then it can be entered directly to the contents of cell A19 after the phrase “….Special Instructions.”
